We understand that one of the barriers preventing people from seeking help is the cost associated with services. That's why we offer a free consultation for anyone interested in our coaching services, including those looking for a life coach in Rochester, NY. During this consultation, we will work with you to establish a coaching budget that fits your needs. Once pricing is set, it remains fixed for a year for individual, couples, family, and children's services. We provide coaching both in person and through telehealth, as well as in community locations. Please note that coaching, including services offered by Courage to Change in Exeter and Courage to Change recovery programs, is not currently covered by insurance.
